As a result of our focus on small-lot production and production of various types, we are currently producing 400 to 500 models per month (counting multiple units of the same model in a lot). Previously, we managed production using Excel and other tools, but as the number of models increased, it became difficult to operate. Therefore, since the fiscal year 2016, we have been using a self-developed production management system. This document introduces how we operate the system using screenshots.
